Pumpkins
We decided it was time to get a pumpkin or pumpkins for Halloween. We heard about a pumpkin patch where the kids could pick their own so we decided to check it out. Of course they had a ton of pumpkins, all shapes and sizes, and my children choose almost the smallest ones they could. I guess it makes sense because they wanted to carry their pumpkins. The kids also had fun with a little maze that was built out of straw bales, William just like to find all of the dead ends.

Brandon said that he was going to have to buy himself a pumpkin so he could carve it. Imagine my surprise when he came home from shopping with a pumpkin that wasn’t even twice the size of William’s. I guess his selection was either huge or small. He didn’t want a huge one. Since the pumpkins were too small to carve we decided to paint. The kids had a lot of fun with the paint. Brandon was nice enough to let me paint a face on the back of his pumpkin.

So here are our master pieces.
